NBC Universal approached us to create a series of illustrated retail concepts to promote Illumination Studio's upcoming animated film, Sing, at Harrods in London. Sing tells the story of a struggling theatre owned by Buster (a Koala bear) and his efforts to revive the fortunes of the theatre with a song competition. However, to create a promotional experience that would appeal to an adult audience, we elevated the concept theme of the movie by focusing on key aspects of the theatre-going experience.
