These terms and conditions apply to your use of the duho.co.uk website and its associated social media pages. We may amend or add to these terms and conditions without notice to you, so please check them periodically. Any delayed action or response from DUHO Ltd to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions, or to enforce these terms and conditions, should not be considered a surrender of any of our rights. We may, at our own discretion, choose to enforce these terms and conditions at any time.

Intellectual Property & Website Content
All DUHO copyrights and trade marks (both registered and unregistered) or other intellectual property rights associated with our unique content, marketing, graphic assets and other information on this website, including the site's design are owned or licensed by DUHO Ltd. Except where permission is clearly stated, our content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, downloaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form without the prior written permission of DUHO Ltd. This includes, but is not limited to online publishing, online posts, email, text, mobile chat, printing, photocopying, audio and video recording and any other means of publishing or promotion.

The purpose of this website is to showcase the creative expertise and thinking offered by DUHO Ltd. With this purpose in mind, the website showcases past client projects as part of a portfolio of work examples. The portfolio also includes some examples of work taken from the personal portfolio of DUHO's founder – these projects were commissioned and managed by other larger creative agencies and DUHO does not claim ownership of the work or credit for the project management. They are only exhibited to show the creative skill and attention to detail our clients can expect in our work.

Every effort has been made to ensure client confidentiality has been preserved – many of the projects have been sanitised to remove confidential information from display. In some cases, projects have been entirely recreated with generic content to exhibit a snapshot of a potential design without showing any actual client work (ie. dummy projects have been created). Some case studies may show real content but, in these cases, the work has already been shown in the public domain or is no longer current.

Any views expressed are offered as opinions or suggestions only. DUHO Ltd reserves the right to remove any image, post or comment or to replace any image, post or comment with a suitable substitute.
